Cat (she/her) is a Holistic Health Practitioner with over 20 years of professional experience as a consultant, instructor and nature guide. A core belief she holds is that health is a journey in which the goal is not perfection, but a life infused with meaning and purpose through self-exploration and growth, connection and joy. She is trained as Naturalist through the Wilderness Awareness School, a Nutritionist with the North American school of Medical Herbalism, and as a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide with the Nature and Forest Therapy Guide Association in California. Additionally, Cat is trained as a Youth Nature Connection Mentor, a practitioner of Non-violent Communication, and most recently received her Master’s degree in Ecopsychology from Naropa University. Her work is ultimately guided by an impassioned desire to restore respect and reciprocity between humans and the natural world, and re-awaken our innate human capacity for caring and cooperation in order to re-establish an Earth-honoring way of being so that all life may flourish.
