The long road of awakening. From Montana mountain child, to Great Plains tumbleweed, to world explorer, to student of communications, to student of the mind and body, to student of plants and healing, to a student of shamanism, to a student of psychic arts, to a student of Great Nature, to student of Death, to student of Community, to student of Source. Each step along the way magnetized to brilliant human teachers. I especially am grateful for having been the student of Rev. Dan Kellerstrauss, Rev. Candice Smith, Thich Nhat Han, Rev. Hanna Kroeger, Anne Drucker, Paul Bergner, Sandra Ingerman, John P. Milton and the Way of Nature Community, Don Americo Yabar, The Heartwood Community, Roshi Sanchi Shudo Reta Lawler and my sweet husband Jeffrey Markel. Along the way, I've offered back the gifts I've been given through working for the Earth as an environmentalist, as a body worker, an herbalist, a flower essence practitioner, to offering workshops in direct communication with Nature, herbal medicine, various divination skills, to helping to start a community farm, and along the way having taught at several schools. Now I focus on working deeply with individuals, helping them take their next steps towards more vitality, resilience, joy, and fulfilling their purpose.
